Guidelines and Preventive Measures
Against the Spread of Respiratory Infectious Diseases

during the Graduation Ceremony for the Academic Year of 2025
for Graduates of Mahidol University

(1) Prior to the Graduation Ceremony
1.1 All graduates are encouraged to maintain good health, get adequate rest, and monitor themselves for any abnormal symptoms, such as fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, headache, muscle aches, shortness of breath, or decreased sense of smell, particularly during the one-week period preceding the the Graduation Ceremony.
1.2 Graduates are advised to avoid contact with, or close proximity to, individuals with influenza or Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).
1.3 Graduates are further advised to refrain from entering high-risk or crowded places such as entertainment venues, pubs, bars, boxing stadiums, sports arenas, cinemas, and shopping malls.
(2) On the Grand Rehearsal and the Graduation Ceremony
2.1 All graduates are required to undergo body temperature screening.
2.2 Graduates presenting with a body temperature exceeding 37.5 °C shall be subject to further medical evaluation by a physician to determine the presence of respiratory or other systemic infections.
