Officers should keep themselves healthy, and take sufficient rest. |

Officers should avoid traveling to crowded places or areas with a high risk of infection, such as entertainment venues, pubs, bars, and cinemas. |
(2) First Rehearsal

Officers must follow the regulations specified by each faculty/college/institute. Mahidol University reserves the right to deny participation at the first rehearsal, grand rehearsal, and graduation ceremony to officers who test positive for COVID-19. |
(3) Grand Rehearsal
3.1 |
All officers are required to wear face masks, have their temperatures checked at the screening point, keep a social distance, and wash hands with alcohol gel regularly. Officers with a body temperature above 37.5 °C at their first temperature screening will be asked to rest for 10 minutes before the second screening. Should their temperature remain high, the officers will undergo the COVID-19 risk assessment using the professional ATK (Antigen Test Kit) at the screening point arranged by the university. Should the officers test negative on the ATK, they will be allowed to participate. Mahidol University reserves the right to deny participation at the grand rehearsal and graduation ceremony to officers who test positive for COVID-19. |
(4) Graduation Ceremony

Officers who experience symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, headache, muscle pain, shortness of breath, must inform their respective team leader to assign an alternative officer. |
(5) In the 7 days after the graduation ceremony, officers are encouraged to continue to monitor themselves. If officers experience any symptoms of COVID-19 and test positive, they are to seek treatment at a medical facility close to them immediately and follow the ensuing measures from Ministry of Public Health.
(6) Should any case arouse suspicion of COVID-19 infection risk, the Chair of the Organizing Committee for the Graduation Ceremony, Academic years of 2023, shall make the final decision.
